HALO 3 ODST is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Bungie and published by Microsoft. It was released on the Xbox 360 video game console exclusively on September 22, 2009, nearly two years after the initial release of Halo 3. Players assume the roles of elite human United Nations Space Command soldiers known as Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODSTs) during the events of Halo 2 and Halo 3. After the alliance of alien races known as the Covenant attacks Earth, the player explores the ruined city of New Mombasa to discover what happened to their missing teammates, separated from each other as they entered the city. Read on for a bunch of HALO 3 ODST game cheats.

Recon Armor

Unlock the “Vidmaster Challenge: 7 on 7″, “Vidmaster Challenge: Brainpan”, “Vidmaster Challenge: Annual”, and “Vidmaster Challenge: Lightswitch” achievements in Halo 3. Unlock the “Vidmaster Challenge: Classic”, “Vidmaster Challenge: Deja Vu”, and “Vidmaster Challenge: Endure” achievements in Halo 3: ODST. Then, go to Bungie.net to get a download code to unlock the Recon armor in Halo 3: ODST. Note: You will need a valid and linked Bungie.net account to get the download code.

Bonus Firefight Missions
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding mission in Firefight mode:

Alpha Site: Successfully complete Mission 5: ONI Alpha Site on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Chasm Ten: Successfully complete Mission 8: Date Hive on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Last Exit: Successfully complete Mission 9: Coastal Highway on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Lost Platoon: Successfully complete Mission 3: Uplift Reserve on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.

Bonus Firefight Characters
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character in Firefight mode:

Buck: Successfully complete Mission 2: Tayari Plaza on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Dare: Successfully complete Campaign mode on the Legendary difficulty.
Dutch: Successfully complete Mission 3: Uplift Reserve on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Mickey: Successfully complete Mission 4: Kizingo Boulevard on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
Romeo: Successfully complete Mission 6: NMPD HQ on the Normal, Heroic, or Legendary difficulty.
UNSC Sergeant Avery Johnson: Requires a unique pre-order code.

Hidden Credits Sequence
During the ending credits, press Right Analog-stick Left. Do this until the camera pans over to the left of the screen to see Buck playing with one of the weird monkeys from Halo 3.
Epilogue video

Successfully complete the game, and do not interrupt the credits. The Epilogue video will begin playing after the credits end.

Skull Locations
Enter Forge mode on the Multiplayer disc. Load one of the following maps, and use flying camera mode to reach the Skull location. Once you find a Skull, position yourself above it, toggle out of flying camera mode, and hold the button you have mapped for picking up weapons (default is RB). Your character should fall past the skull and pick it up on the way down. If you miss it, simply try again.

Finding Audio Logs

If you have completed the game and are having trouble finding the remaining Audio Logs, when searching for Audio Logs, electronic devices such as pay phones, ticket booths, cars, cross walks, and anything tied to the Superintendent or city will go off basically announcing there is an Audio Log around waiting to be collected. Always be on the look out for the yellow glow in VISR mode on one of these things to find the Audio Logs. -From: Daniel Walker

The units you can get Audio Logs from in the Mombasa Streets all have a picture of the Superintendent on them (the green smiley with white eyes and no mouth).

Finding the Final Audio Log

The 30th (last) Audio Log for Sadie’s Story is in Mission 8: Date Hive. However, it is in a locked area until you find the other 29 Audio Logs in the Mombasa Streets. Once you collect the 29 Audio Logs, play Mission 8: Date Hive until you reach the hole to get to Sub-Station 9. Instead of the Superintendent closing off the hole so your teammate cannot get through (and ultimately get killed by Drones), he will climb down the hole with you. Continue playing until your teammate says something similar to “Wait here, I need to go check something.” Follow him, and he will reveal his true purpose for coming here and will fight you. During or after the fight, you can scan the phone on the wall next to the dead body to find the 30th Audio Log. Note: Finding the Audio Log will slightly alter the scene, specifically the part where Dare and the Rookie find Vergil. Instead of Dare telling the Rookie not to shoot, the Rookie will tell Dare not to fire and instead whistle for Vergil to come out.

Finding Secret Doors

While in VISR mode, look for secret doors. Accessible doors will turn the amber outlines of objects in front of them blue. This is easiest to see on your weapon. Watch for them because many of these doors hide data terminals.

Defeating Engineers

To quickly defeat an Engineer, use the Covenant pistol. Fully charge it to kill Engineers with one shot. This works in both Campaign and Firefight mode.

Hidden Area

While in Forge mode, go to the “Sandbox” level. Around the middle of the map, there should be a small, round, pyramid type object made of four large corners. Delete them all. There should now be a small panel on the ground where you deleted the pyramid, which looks different than all the other ground panels. Delete that panel, and there will be a square hole. Jump in it to find a large empty area.

Halo 2 Reference

In the “Prepare To Drop” tutorial mission, when the Carrier jumps to Slipspace Rupture, look closely at the right of the Carrier. You will see the Amber Clad of Commander Keyes getting into the Slipspace Rupture along with the Carrier. In Halo 2, during the end of the “Metropolis” mission cutscene, you will see the Amber Clad of Commander Miranda Keyes to the right of the Carrier entering the Slipspace Rupture along with the Carrier. This is definitely a reference to Halo 2 for a couple of reasons. Halo 3: ODST takes place in New Mombasa, and the Carrier is floating next to the space elevator. In Halo 2 you are also in New Mombasa, and at the beginning of the level on the bridge, you can see the space elevator and the Carrier floating next to it. In both Halo 3: ODST and Halo 2, when the Carrier jumps there is a big EMP wave.

ODSTs Compared to Spartans

Spartans are “half human, half machine” as noted by Bungie. Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODSTs) are basically ordinary Marines, only they are highly trained, but they are not like Spartans. Bungie made a mistake by making the player slightly like Spartans for a few reasons. In the game, you are as tall as a Spartan when you are standing next to an ODST squad mate. You can wield a Gravity Hammer, which the only ones known to actually wield them are Spartans and Brutes, not ODSTs. You can melee Brutes to death, while only Spartans can do that. The melee attacks performed by people with lower ranks than Spartans do not affect Brutes at all.

Avatar Awards

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding Avatar Award:

ODST Armor: Unlock the “Good Samaritan” achievement.
ODST Helmet: Unlock the “Campaign Complete” achievement.
ODST Hoodie: Unlock the “Dark Times” achievement.
ODST Shirt: Unlock the “Tourist” achievement.
Recon Helmet: Unlock the “Vidmaster Challenge: Endure” achievement.

Easy ‘Both Tubes’ Achievement

Before boarding the Scorpion, give your rocket launcher to any Marine riding in the tank. Note: You can also pick up the other rocket launcher from behind the tank and hand it off as well. Any kill the Marine makes counts toward the achievement. The Marine has infinite ammunition, which makes getting the “Both Tubes” achievement much easier.

Easy ‘My Clothes!’ Achievement

Get a Plasma pistol. Use an overcharged shot to destroy a Brute’s shields, then use the silenced pistol to get a headshot. This works for Jackals as well; use the overcharged shot to disable their hand held shield, and then shoot them in the head to help you get the achievement. -From: Graeme Todd

Easy ‘Vidmaster Challenge: Classic’ Achievement

Play Mission 3: Uplift Reserve, and get the Warthog at the beginning, then load it up with Marines. Shots fired from the Marines do not count against the achievement, but you cannot use the e-brake or horn. Just try to go through the level as quick as possible.

Play Mission 3: Uplift Reserve, and hijack a Ghost (recommended because of the boost ability) or Brute Chopper right away. Get past the Wraiths, and continue to the next area. Run over as many Covenant as possible, and go to the next area with all the Shade Turrets. There is a Shade Turret all the way to the left. If you have the Ghost, you can drive behind it on the cliff wall. Boost into the turrets; it should only take down your stamina. Recharge your stamina, and continue this process to destroy all the turrets and Covenant. Proceed further into the mission. At a current point you should hear the colonel talk about the “asset” that they must retrieve. The next part may require a few attempts. Drive around all the enemies and Wraiths, and enter the tunnel. Continue the rest of the mission by outrunning the enemies. Note: Remember to stay in cover.

Easy ‘Vidmaster Challenge: Déjà Vu’ Achievement

Play on the Legendary difficulty with the Iron Skull enabled. Two Mongooses which you can use as transport will appear inside the first open tunnel you can walk into after starting on the highway. Also accompanying the Mongooses are four rocket launchers with 999 shots. Take each part of the highway slowly, and make sure to cover Dare when she gets overwhelmed.

Cheats For Call Of Duty 5 On Wii…
(SkyNewswire.com)- Coming to two years after its launch, the consoles continue to be going great guns. Of late though, new releases of Wii games such as Wii Fit, Blast Works, We Ski and so forth are looking like the Wii is finally coming into its own in that area too. If there had been any lessons learnt from the launch of the consoles, top on the list should be the pliant issues. The premium pricing of Wii video games does not help things either.

The price of the games adds up quickly as more and more of them are pumped out and it does not look like the cost of the games is coming down soon. Games Download Service sites are found all over the shop on the net.

Unlock Mario Kart Wii- How To Access Hot Spots Wii Free and Unlock Nintendo Wii-Nintendo Wii Owners Manual.

Unless you are a multi-console gamer, choose from the pool of exclusive Wii suppliers as they have a tendency to be more specialised.

Other free Wii media like music, movies and TV shows must be included, together with software, tools and accessories at no charge and backed by 24 / seven support and complete refund guarantee. But , which program will do this all for you? Today, there are all sorts of free download available over the Net. Entertainment media like games, movies, music and television shows are the most well liked. In fact, if there was to be anything at all that is’s thorny about Wii, it would have to be the cost of its game discs. How to Download Wii Games then? The simple way to Download Wii Games can be done for nothing ( FOC ) thru P2P ( P2P ) or torrent sites. This, [**] is a no-no with major Wii fanciers in view of viruses and spyware.

Per-download or limited-time options make more economic sense for the occasional gamers but they are few and far between. Wii-rockers are generally obsessed about their fave gizmo and can’t have enough of it. Don’t settle for anything without full refund guarantee and twenty-four / seven support and one way to be insulated from identity theft is to shop only in secure e-commerce marketplaces like Clickbank. It used to be just the Wii consoles which are always out of stock but it appears now the Games for Wii are also flying off the shelves faster than they can load them, particularly the new hot ones. Luckily , there’s a solution, and then some. That being said, fresh Games for Wii releases like Wii Fit, We Ski, Blast Works and the likes do appear to offer essence along with the Wii fashion of gaming.

Modern Warefare 2 is probably the best must-own video game of 2009

Modern Warfare 2 arrives riding a wave of hype unprecedented in the world of video games. The original Modern Warfare became one of the sleeper hits of the decade, steadily gaining in sales and word-of-mouth to become one of the top-selling first person action shooters of all time.

The latest Modern Warfare went on sale this past Tuesday. Retail giant Wal-Mart had its supplies ready to go at midnight on Monday. Popular video game retailer GameStop had its doors open at midnight across the nation as well, hosting parties as eager gamers waited in line for their copy. 4.7 million copies were reportedly sold on Tuesday alone in the U.S. and the U.K., equaling $310 million at the register. That total easily beats the previous one-day record holder, Grand Theft Auto IV, which sold 3.6 million copies in May 2008.

It starts with the single-player campaign. I bet you won’t find a game this intense on today’s market. Unlike its predecessor with its fictional Middle Eastern setting, Modern Warefare 2 drops you into the real-life war-torn country of Afghanistan and doesn’t let up. At its core, MW2 follows a very similar formula to the original Modern Warefare since you are guided through thrilling set pieces in a linear, dramatic fashion. If you want to follow a gripping, straight-forward action story, this is the game you should buy.
Real world locations range from the Middle East to snowy mountainsides, and the action hardly ever lets up. As in the original Modern Warefare, you’ll play several different story arcs, all aimed to stop a war and take the bad guy down.

Project Natal, the controllerless gaming interface Microsoft is developing for Xbox 360, made TIME magazine’s list of the 50 best inventions of 2009. In fact, it’s invention No. 5.

From TIME:

xbox 360

Since time immemorial – or at least since Pong – one barrier that has stood between gamers and total Tron-like immersion in their video games has been the controller: the joystick, trackball, mouse, light gun or whatever. This year Microsoft demonstrated a technology, code-named Project Natal, that enables players to control games using only body movements and voice commands, no controller required – the gamer’s body becomes the controller. Project Natal uses several cameras, plus a highly specialized microphone and a lot of fancy software, to track the gamer’s body and interpret his or her voice. You move your hand, and the Master Chief (or whoever) moves his hand. It’s that simple. And that cool.

It’s still up in the air when Microsoft plans to release Natal to the gaming world. Predictions are late 2010 or early 2011. (Update: MCV reports that Project Natal will be set for release in November 2010 for about $80.)

Dennis Durkin, CEO of Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Division, told investors during a conference call Thursday that Microsoft started talking to third-party game developers about Natal in February.

“Part of the reason we announced it at E3 and before we were ready to launch it,” Durkin said, referring to June’s Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, “was to get third-party developers in line.”

He confirmed again that Natal will work with all existing Xbox 360s.

“This is like a relaunch in the middle of a console generation,” Durkin said.

zhu zhu pets

There’s a new toy in town. This Christmas, kids and adults across America will be pestering Santa Claus for their own Zhu Zhu Pet hamster, a new “smart” toy somewhat reminiscent of last decade’s lovable talking Furby.

Looking more like a child’s furry slipper than a real hamster, the Zhu Zhu seems to have the same kind of sensors that make the Roomba vacuum cleaner work, so when the critters are dropped into their habitat (sold separately), they appear to navigate about as well as a living rodent. There is a level of artificial intelligence in the Zhu Zhu’s OS and it can make over 40 noises depending on the stimuli. The little Zhu Zhus appear to have minds of their own as they dart around the room, zip up the ramps of their habitat and ride in their own little cars. It’s actually a pretty amazing toy and unlike real hamsters won’t poop, smell funny or procreate furiously!

There’s only one problem with the Zhu Zhu Pets: and that is that there aren’t enough of them to meet the demand. They’re showing up on EBay and via Amazon Marketplace dealers at vastly inflated prices. But it’s not like the Zhu Zhu Pets are an endangered species, so you might want towait until they show up again on the shelves of your local retailer at their normal $9.95 list price
